With more than 20 years of experience in Internet projects and digital content development, Gracia is a pioneer in the application of digital innovation solutions in business and communication, as well a champion promoter of entrepreneurship and innovation and a strong advocate of women’s leadership and rights of women and girls.

She is currently CEO of INFINITY GROUP, a company specialized in corporate training, e-learning and educational technology, partner of GLOBAL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE and VITAMINA NETWORK, and investor in several digital projects led by women entrepreneurs.
She is also president of WOMAN LEADER Spain, organization that promotes the empowerment of women through leadership. She promotes and dictates classes, seminars and conferences for women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship and leadership. Counselor in the WOMAN LEADER organization, mentor and coach for women entrepreneurs and Start ups led by women.

Gracia is Editor of the magazine WOMAN LEADER MAGAZINE, a magazine published on paper and digitally aimed at professional women, managers, entrepreneurs and all women interested in their personal and social development.
