WUSME AMBASSADOR IN THE REPUBLIC OF GUINEA (CONAKRY)
Mr. CHEIK KEITA holds a Master in Public Law and Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies in Public Enterprise, Law, Economy and Management.
He then performed the following duties:
– Auditor Major Accounts legal expertise within the Audit Management legal and financial affairs division of Crédit Agricole (France),
– Director of Legal Affairs and Litigation at the Société Financière d’Etude et de Litigation (SOFIDEC France), – Management of the Africa Division for the Multinational OVIEDO Groupe IMASA
(Spain),
– Director of African Markets at BBVA Bank (3rd Bank of Spain),
– Analyst Manager at the Legal and Economic Department of the Evaluation of International Perspectives at the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development),
– Civil servant at the Ministry of Economy, Industry and
Public Accounting at the Inspection, Control and Expertise (ICE) Division of the General Tax Department at Paris Bercy.
Since 1996, he has been the founding President of CIDIGA (Chamber of Initiatives for the Development of Investments in Groups in Africa), whose mission is to produce and offer reliable socio-economic and political studies and information, useful for promoting the investments of large groups in the African continent. This investment fund brings together business leaders from different origins: Spain, United States, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Togo, Benin, Gabon and Guinea, of which he is a native. Convinced that “all Africans must become aware of their interdependence”, he undertakes to “bring together expertise and know-how that will allow Africa to develop intelligently”.
