General Manager of FOGAPE (State Guarantee Fund for MSMEs of Chile) from 2003 to date.
29 years of professional experience, of which 25 in the Chilean financial system, in various areas (treasury and finance, real estate, construction, infrastructure, concessions and guarantees and financing for MSMEs).
He has participated in Congresses and / or delivered talks in more than 22 countries on 4 continents, related to guarantee systems and financing to MSMEs, from 2003 to date.
During the last 15 years has developed international consultancies for Development and Multilateral Organizations, specialized in financing and guarantee systems for MSMEs. Main Organizations; WBG (World Bank), IDB (Inter-American Development Bank), CAF (Andean Development Corporation) SELA (Latin American and Caribbean Economic System), UNDP (United Nations Development Program), as well as other public and private entities. Projects have been developed mainly in Central, South American and African countries.
Is an active participant in the Ibero-American guarantee system network (REGAR) and ALIGA (Latinoamerican Guarantee Association).
