WUSME PARTNER of the SHAKTI INTERNATIONAL WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS SUMMIT 2024

WUSME contribute to the “9th edition of Shakti International Women Entrepreneurs Summit 2024” held on March 1 in New Delhi as International Partner, bringing a message of support.  The Shakti International Women Entrepreneurs Summit 2024 has been organized by the India SME Forum in association with the Ministry for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the Government of India. 

 

WUSME PARTNER of the AIMA (All India Management Association) 13TH MSME CONVENTION

WUSME took part in the 13th National MSMEs Convention of the All India Management Association (AIMA) as International SME Partner. The Convention, held on 15th and 16th of March 2024 in Bangalore in collaboration with the Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association (KASSIA), focused on the theme “Innovation and Digital Transformation for MSMEs—Opportunities and Challenges”. A message in support of the initiative saw conveyed by WUSME President during the Inaugural Session.

 

WUSME Partner of the ANNUAL INVESTMENT MEETING Congress 2024 (AIM Congress 2024)

WUSME participated in the ANNUAL INVESTMENT MEETING Congress 2024 (AIM Congress 2024), held in Abu Dhabi from 7 to 9 May 2024, as International Partner, actively contributing to the discussions focused on topics of interest and current issues for SMEs. As a organization with global reach, WUSME has the opportunity to gain international view on how customer service teams in enterprises uses or will use AI in the future.

 

 

WUSME Parner of the 3rd TERME SELCE International Congress in Brussels

WUSME took part, as International Partner, in the 3nd TERME SELCE International Congress on Corporate Wellbeing held on 13 of May 2024 in Brussels and hosted by the European Committee of the Regions. The Congress was also one of the events at hashtag#europeanpublichealthweek and focus on “Life Quality and Joy of Work”. President Barbara Terenzi conveyed a following message of support on behalf of the World Union of Small and Medium Enterprises, looking forward to advance in this profitable collaboration.

 

WUSME Partner of the UNIDO DAY 2024 at the 10th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair

WUSME took part in the UNIDO DAY 2024 held during the 10th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair on June 13, as Partner Organization. The Forum was co-organized by  UNIDO, the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the South-South Cooperation Finance Center and the World Union of Small and Medium Enterprises (WUSME). President Barbara Terenzi delivered an opening speech and addressed the theme “New opportunities for International Cooperation on the Green Silk Road”.

WUSME PARTNER of the 8th ANNUAL SHAKTI NATIONAL CONVENTION – Empowering Women Entrepreneurs

WUSME joined the “8th Annual Shakti National Convention 2023 – Empowering Women Entrepreneurs” held on 1st of March in Delhi and organized by India SME Forum with the support of the Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the Government of India, as International Partner.

WUSME contributed, as International Partner, to the 3° edition of the International SME Convention, held in New Delhi (India) from 19 to 21 of March 2023 and organized by the India SME Forum in association with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprisesand and the Ministry of External Affairs of the Indian Government.

 

 

 

WUSME PARTNER of the ANNUAL INVESTMENT MEETING AIM2023

WUSME joined the Annual Investment Meeting 2023 (AIM 2023) held in Abu Dhabi from 8 to 10 May 2023 as International Partner and took active part in the discussions focusing on SMEs related issues such as “Improving SMEs Access to Sustainable Finance: Finding Innovative Solutions to Unlock Sources of Capital”.

 

 

 

WUSME HOST of an official SIDE EVENT & EXHIBIT at the COP 28

WUSME, the World Union of Small and Medium Enterprises took active part in the COP28, held in Dubai (UAE) from 28 November to 12 December, contributing to the proceedings with an official Exhibit and Side Event on the theme MSMEs facing the energy transition. The Side Event, which was held on 3 December in the Blue Zone, explored the theme “MSMEs facing the energy transition: innovative solutions in finance and technology for value chains“.

WUSME PARTNER of the AIMA (All India Management Association) 11th MSME Convention

WUSME actively contributed to the discussion with particular focus on “MSME: developing entrepreneurial culture”, illustring international experiences and perspectives on SMEs sustainable development, also through the expansion of entrepreneurial culture, in view of a further active cooperation between WUSME and AIMA.

Successful outcome of the official side event held on December 16 and led by WUSME in collaboration with ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India), ACCARD (African Centre for Climate Action and Rural Development Initiative), Initiatives of Change International e EDFI (European Development Finance Institutions) at COP27 on the theme “Tackling Climate Change: remedial measures for SMEs, sustainable infrastructure and land governance“.
