Robert Holtz is Senior Representative of SMEs related Organizations and expert in SME Economy.

From 1963 to 1992, he successively served as “Technical Director of all CGPME Services” (General Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises), then Vice-President of its International Action.

From its foundation in 1947, the Confederation had created an “International Union of Crafts and SMEs (UIAPME)”. Robert Holtz has been first Secretary General then President of three International Federations making up the Union, which brought together the national organizations of around a hundred Member Countries, competent at the same time for Artisans, Traders and Industry. Robert Holtz has been President of the latter “International Federation of Small and Medium Industrial Enterprises”.

These distinctions allowed him, little by little, to be an Expert in SME Economy toward various International Public Bodies (UN, ILO, OECD, European Union).

In 2009, he took par in the foundation of the WUSME (World Union of SME) and served as Vice-President Central Europe and Member of the Board for 2 terms, from 2010 to 2022.

In addition to these various functions, Robert Holtz is also Honorary President of the MEVO INTERNATIONAL Association (International Voluntary Business Movement) which aims to help SMEs to export or establish themselves abroad, but also relocate or reindustrialize in France and around the world.
